Refund Policy – 3D CertHub
Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds
All products sold by 3D CertHub are digital certificates delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital certificate has been issued or made available for download. This is because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, or stored immediately after purchase and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given their consent and acknowledged that they will lose their cancellation rights.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

You acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the digital content is provided.
Issues or Problems with Your Order
We want every customer to feel confident using our certificates.
If you experience any issues with your purchase — including access problems, incorrect details, or technical issues — please contact us as soon as possible:
We will always do our best to investigate and resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Incorrect or Faulty Digital Content
If you believe:

The certificate contains incorrect information due to an error on our part, or

You are unable to access or download your digital file
Please contact us and we will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct or reissue the certificate.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect purchases made by the customer

Certificates that have already been accessed or downloaded

Products purchased with incorrect details supplied by the customer
