Refund Policy – 3D CertHub

Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds

All products sold by 3D CertHub are digital certificates delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a digital certificate has been issued or made available for download. This is because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, or stored immediately after purchase and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once supply has begun, provided the customer has given their consent and acknowledged that they will lose their cancellation rights.

By placing an order, you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately after purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that, once delivery of the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU consumer legislation where applicable.

As a result, no refunds, returns or exchanges are available once the digital certificate has been supplied, made available for download, or otherwise delivered electronically.
